In a step to enhance the quality of education in the Latin patriarchate - kindergartens, the General Administration of the Latin Patriarchate Schools organized a distinctive training workshop supervised by kindergarten supervisor Juliana Khoury. The workshop featured Susan Fleifel, a teacher from the Latin Birzeit Kindergarten, Duaa Wahdan from the Latin Aaboud Kindergarten, and Mary Jasser from the Latin Jifna Kindergarten as participating teachers. They shared their experiences from participating in the Professional Diploma Program for Kindergarten Teachers during the past academic year 2023/2024. The workshop took place on Wednesday, June 12, 2024.
Key topics covered during the workshop included child-centered learning, learning through playing, planning for assessment, numeracy, and early language skills. The discussed topics will be implemented at the beginning of the new academic year.
