As part of the Latin Patriarchate Schools’ strategic plan, which aims to develop students' skills through project-based learning, the first student-led initiative was launched at the Latin School of Ain Arik under the title “Roots of the Future”.
This project embodies love for the land, a firm rejection of displacement, and an unshakable sense of identity. With every seedling planted, there is a promise of steadfastness. With every hand that tills the soil, hope for life pulses stronger.
"Roots of the Future” was not just an agricultural activity—it was a holistic educational experience. Through it, we cultivated values of teamwork, environmental awareness, and student creativity. The students produced models, educational materials, and research projects that reflected their deep sense of belonging and their vision for a greener future rooted in heritage.
Stay tuned for more inspiring projects from our other schools—there’s much more innovation and uniqueness on the way!
