Towards Effective Educational Leadership in the Latin Patriarchate Schools

August 6–7, 2025, the Latin Patriarchate Schools organized a specialized training sessions for school principals and deputy's entitled: “Effective Educational Leadership in Teacher Performance Evaluation.” This initiative is part of the strategic plan to develop the administrative and educational staff and to enhance the quality of the educational process.

The training focused on the annual teacher performance evaluation model, addressing ways to develop the model to align with modern educational requirements and reflect the vision of the Latin Patriarchate Schools in achieving performance quality and academic excellence.

The training also included a practical component involving the observation and evaluation of a classroom session using the newly revised evaluation standards. This hands-on activity provided participants with an applied understanding of the core aspects of the evaluation process and how to activate their roles as educational leaders contributing to the improvement of teaching quality.

This event reflects the General Administration’s commitment to strengthening the effectiveness of evaluation and monitoring tools, while fostering a supportive and motivating learning environment for both students and teachers—ultimately achieving its vision of building an effective school community that places learning at the heart of its priorities.
