In recognition of the importance of communication and the impact of information technology on human life, especially students, the Latin Patriarchate School in Ain Arik conducted a workshop on the subject of the social media platform Facebook. The workshop was organized in collaboration with the Sawa Foundation for Child Protection, emphasizing both the positive aspects of social media in facilitating tasks efficiently and the negative effects resulting from its misuse. Sawa Foundation
highlighted the significance of social media in human life, demonstrating its role in streamlining tasks with less time, effort, and speed. Simultaneously, the workshop shed light on the adverse effects of improper use of these platforms. The workshop was conducted for sixth-grade students in cooperation with the school's director, Mr. Ibrahim Bishara, and teacher Maha Rahimi.
