Beit Jala – General Administration: On the morning of Friday, January 18, 2014, the inaugural meeting for the implementation of the first phase of the twinning program with Real Madrid took place, involving the Latin Patriarchate Schools in Palestine. The meeting was attended by Mr. George Ghattas, the representative of the Latin Patriarchate, and Mr. Samer Badra, the Director of the General Administration of Latin Patriarchate Schools in Palestine. Physical education teachers from various Latin Patriarchate schools attended, including Beit Jala, Beit Sahour, and Jaffa.
The meeting resulted in the development of a detailed plan to activate this twinning initiative across the participating schools. The plan included the identification of specific grades, the selection of football and basketball categories for both male and female students, and the outlining of training stages.
It is noteworthy that this twinning initiative will be implemented initially in four schools: Latin Patriarchate Schools in Palestine in Beit Jala, Beit Sahour, Jaffa, and Reineh.
This collaboration marks a significant step in fostering sports and educational ties between the Latin Patriarchate Schools and Real Madrid Foundation, promoting a positive impact on the students' overall development.
