Training for Supervisors, Counselors, and School Principals

General Administration of Latin Patriarchate Schools

As part of the project “Promoting the Inclusion of Students with Disabilities in the Latin Patriarchate Schools in the West Bank”, a specialized training was conducted by Qader for Community Development, with the support of the Finn Church Aid (FCA). The training targeted educational supervisors, school counselors, and principals from the Latin Patriarchate Schools.

The program aimed to strengthen the capacities of educational and administrative staff in promoting inclusive education and supporting the integration of students with disabilities. Participants were provided with knowledge on the concept of inclusive education and trained in screening and diagnostic skills to identify students’ needs and ensure appropriate accommodations, contributing to the development of an inclusive school environment that upholds every child’s right to education.

This initiative comes within the framework of the active partnership between the Latin Patriarchate Schools, Qader for Community Development, and FCA. The joint efforts seek to advance inclusive education and enhance the integration of students with disabilities, reflecting the schools’ educational and humanitarian mission to provide fair and equitable education for all.
